What data we collect:
We collect basic personal data (e.g. email address, name) that you give us with your consent or because we are entering into a contract with you. We can send you details of all your data that we hold, just ask us.
How we use your data:
Your data will be used by Cycle South West France to manage your account and provide you with the products and services you have requested from us. We will only send you marketing emails (e.g. updates and special offers) if you have explicitly consented to allow the communication. In some cases, we may need to share your basic personal data with suppliers, for example if a delivery company to deliver one of our bikes to you. We do not sell your data to third parties.
All email marketing messages we send are done through an EMS (email marketing service provider). An EMS is a third-party software/application service provider that allows marketers to send email marketing campaigns to a list of users. Our EMS provider is MailChimp (www.mailchimp.com). The email marketing messages we send may contain tracking tags/tracked clickable links or similar server technologies to track subscriber activity in the email marketing messages. When used, these marketing messages may record a variety of data such as; times, dates, IP addresses, opens, clicks, forwards, geographic and demographic data. This data, within its limits, will show the activity of each subscriber for that email campaign. All email marketing messages we send are GDPR compliant. We provide you with a simple method to withdraw your consent (unsubscribe) or manage your preferences/information we hold about you at any time. How long will we store your data:
We will use your data until you withdraw your consent. We can delete the data we hold about you, just ask us.
